Important Information

Passport Requirements:
When traveling abroad, your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. For this trip, that means your passport should not expire before April 10, 2026. Make sure to check your passport now to avoid any issues later!
Pricing and Currency Exchange:
All prices for this trip are based on the exchange rates at the time you book. If the US dollar devalues before your trip, Halia LLC dba Halia Experiences reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly. Any changes due to currency fluctuations will be reflected on your final invoice.
Roommate Match:
If you’d like to be paired with a roommate, select “double occupancy” on the order form and choose “yes” for the roommate match on the reservation notes. Roommates will be matched after you’ve paid at least 75% of your total reservation cost.
Visa Information:
Currently, US passport holders will receive a visa upon entry into Dubai, with no fee required. If this changes, we’ll send you an email update.
Land-Only Package:
If you choose the Land Only package, you will need to book your own flights and airport transfers. Be sure to arrange your flight to arrive in Dubai on October 11, 2026 (which means most will need to leave the US on October 10, 2026). Your return flight should be scheduled for October 18, 2026.
Flight Information for Full Package:
If you’re booking the full package, the airline schedule will be available by early fall 2025.
Hotel Check-in:
A major credit card will be required at hotel check-in to cover any incidental charges during your stay.
Itinerary Details:
You will receive a full, day-by-day itinerary about 60 days before the trip. We’ll keep you updated!
Private Facebook Group:
A private Facebook group will be set up around 30 days before the trip so we can all stay connected and share updates.

Terms and Conditions

By making a reservation for this package, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined by Halia LLC dba Halia Experiences.

Payment Policy:
All payments made to Halia LLC dba Halia Experiences are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Reservation Name:
Reservations must be made using your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If your name is entered incorrectly, additional fees may apply for changes.
Price Changes:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Secure your spot today to lock in the current rate.
Payment Plan:
If you select our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active, unless larger payments are made. It’s important to ensure that your roommate (if applicable) is also keeping up with their monthly payments to avoid any issues.
Roommate Matching:
We offer Roommate Matching for those who wish to share accommodations.
Airline Seat Assignments:
Seat assignments on flights are managed entirely by the airline.
Upgrading Your Flight:
If you require a class of service other than the economy seats included in the full package, we recommend purchasing the land-only package to arrange your own flight accommodations.
Client Portal Access:
You can log into our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day for updates on payments and reservations.
Name Changes:
Name changes are permitted with a $250 fee, plus any additional vendor fees that may apply.
Late Payments:
A late payment fee of $250 per person will be applied if payments are made after the final due date. This fee is automatically added to your reservation the day after the final due date.
Late Payment Requests:
All late payment requests must be approved by management prior to the final payment deadline on your account. Please send any late payment requests in writing to info@haliaexperiences.com.
